Deb

Deb is an Elementary School Teacher with over 35 years of classroom experience.  She has a vast knowledge of instructional pedagogy with both regular ed and special ed students.  Her use of instructional technology in her classroom creates an environment of engagement where students become involved in interactive activities which foster a deeper understanding of the content being taught.  Her 21st Century Classroom contains an interactive whiteboard, student response devices, a document camera, student laptops, and many other types math and science technology.
 
Deb is also a creative genius and can create graphic designs for t-shirts, tumblers, mugs, and other items and gifts.  Her designs have spurred the development of several online stores, including an Etsy and Creative Fabrica Shop.
 

Deb has become a well-known local leader in t-shirt making.  She has sold hundreds of t-shirts and other fashion items that contain her unique designs.  She is also extremely talented in customizing designs requested by clients and turning their ideas into amazing creations.

Deb was Teacher of the Year for Goshen Elementary and has been recognized in Richmond County as a leader in Special Education.

Jimmy

Jimmy is a retired High School Math Teacher and Instructional Technology Specialist.  He spent 15 years teaching every level of high school mathematics, from basic math to AP Calculus and Computer Programming.  The last years of his classroom experience were spent as the Math Department Chair.  During those 15 years, Jimmy spent 2 years as a county Instructional Technology Specialist serving schools in the district.

Jimmy then moved to the Georgia Department of Education where he served as a State Instructional Technology Specialist working in a regional Educational Technology Center that served 13 counties in the CSRA (Central Savannah River Area) of East Georgia.  He became the Director of the ETC his last 5 years before retiring.  During his time at the ETC, he provided professional development in instructional technology and pedagogy for teachers and administrators, schools, and school systems.

Jimmy is currently an Adult Education Instructor at Augusta Technical College where he teaches GED classes to adults who are working to advance in their job or to enter a post-secondary institution.  He uses all of his instructional technology experience to help his students be successful.

Jimmy is also creative and can design graphics for products, social media, and marketing.  He has a vast knowledge of graphic, web, and video software and uses that knowledge to provide services to individuals and businesses.
